Mindfulness Meditation - The Art Healing of the Present Moment
Mindfulness is the art of being present to our lives, which brings increased happiness. This ancient method is used widely for handling pain, tension, stress, unwanted habits, insomnia, problem emotions and disturbing thoughts. Its content is experiences of one's own body and mind. There is no ideology, so it is compatible with any religious or other practices. Research shows that it improves both physical and mental health. The teaching is cumulative so attendance at all meetings is most helpful. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
