Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, fast-paced practice that links breath with movement. In this class, you will flow continuously through a creative sequence of yoga poses (asanas), transitioning from one posture to the next using the inhale and exhale. This practice is designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility while promoting mindfulness and focus.
For all levels. Bring water, a mat, a bolster, and blocks.
If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.

Hi, I’m SuZanne! I am a passionate yoga lover and instructor dedicated to helping you meet your body exactly where it is at. My teaching style is fun, supportive, and deeply rooted in the journey of discovery.
I believe in the power of balance: I love to safely push our limits and challenge what we are capable of, but I also place immense value on slowing way down to truly listen and connect to our bodies. Whether we are building strength or finding stillness, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore your practice with joy and mindfulness.
I have 500 hours of YTT and recently trained in Bali.
