Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically three to five minutes. This practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body—such as the ligaments, joints, and fascia—rather than the muscles. By holding passive postures in a state of stillness, Yin Yoga encourages deep relaxation, improves joint mobility, and helps cultivate inner calm.

For all levels. Bring water, a mat, bolster, and blocks. 

If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.
