No matter what your fitness level or gym experience is, Total Body has a place for you. This workout is a 45 minute fast paced circuit that incorporates basic strength training exercises combined with bodyweight movements & an aerobic/cardio component. Modifications are always available no matter what your fitness level is!
If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.
