Whether you currently utilize strength training or not, this class is for you. This 60 minute class will incorporate barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements all in a giant circuit. You will feel strong and empowered and get a cardio kick during the process as well! All levels welcome and modifications are always available. Every class will have a stretch to finish the class.
If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.
