For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Our SilverSneakers-certified trainers are professional, supportive, and ensure participants are safe while working at their own ability levels— all while HAVING A GOOD TIME!
All movements can be performed either seated or standing, and all equipment is provided. Please wear safe, comfortable shoes (no flip-flops!) and come prepared to have a great time.

Instructor
Diane Fedor
Diane is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with eight years of experience. During the pandemic, she took a break from instructing but remained active. She is currently certified in SilverSneakers Foundations and Stability and looks forward to earning additional certifications.
Diane believes fitness should be fun! Her philosophy is that everyone has a starting point, and only they can determine their goals. She finds joy in watching people progress on their fitness journeys.
Fun fact: Diane is an avid walker and has logged over 1,400 miles in 2024 - If she left Lindstrom in January, she could be in Arizona for Christmas :)
Sherry Holt
Growing up locally, Sherry enjoys many outdoor activities - walking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and trail riding with her husband on their UTV. When keeping indoors, she is a quilter, scrapbooker, baker and fills her time volunteering at her church. Sherry has been a group fitness instructor since 2017 and is passionate about making fitness fun and challenging while being accessible to all levels. She looks forward to pushing you to your best self during your next workout together!
