Starting SoonOpen Swim(Family/Recreational Swim)AquaticsOpen Swim Hours - All Ages Welcome! Our open swim hours are a great opportunity for swimmers of all ages to enjoy the pool! Whether you're practicing your swimming lesson skills or just having fun, we invite you to dive in. For Children: If your child is under 4 feet tall, an adult may be required to stay in the water with them in the main pool. If your child wants to swim in the kiddie pool, an adult must accompany them in the pool. Swim Test Requirement: Kids wishing to swim in the middle or deep end, or use the diving board, must first pass a swim test. Swim Test: Swim 25 yards (one length of the pool) using the front crawl with arms out of the water and face in the water, without stopping or touching the bottom of the pool. Each swimmer is allowed one attempt per day for the swim test. Safety Guidelines: Lifejackets are allowed in the shallow section, but only if an adult is in the water with the child. Lifejackets are not permitted in the middle or deep end. Goggles are allowed, but only those with eye coverings (scuba-style goggles with nose covering are not allowed for safety reasons). Pool Punch Pass! Purchase a Pool Punch Pass for just $40! The pass gives you 10 punches, which can be used for family or individual visits. Each person attending uses one punch. These cards can be used for both lap and open swims, and the best part is the card never expires! Buy your Pool Punch Pass here. Drop-In Swim: If you prefer a drop-in, it's still available for $5 per person through Arux or in person. You can also register online ahead of time via Arux or drop in on the day of the swim. If you have a pool punch pass, please do NOT register online via Arux. WCC Check-in Information: Weekdays (9 AM - 2 PM): Check in at the front office and enter through WCC Door #7 (parallel to Olinda). All Other Hours: Check in at the associate’s desk and park in the student parking lot by the greenhouse. You can enter through Door #17. This special Preschool Track & Field Day is created just for children ages 3–5 and is all about fun, movement, and trying something new. Participants will have the chance to take part in classic track-style activities such as: 50-yard dash, Long jump and Hurdles. We’ll also mix in some lighthearted family events, including: Parent–child three-legged race and Parent–child relay.
