The first hour will be outside and you will unlock your potential with our dynamic program designed to help young athletes master the three pillars of fitness: physical strength, nutrition, and behavioral habits. Experience our signature High Intensity Interval Training, featuring explosive Tabata drills, challenging high-rep exercises. Initially created for wrestlers, this training is ideal for any multi-sport athlete as it enhances endurance strength—power that helps you withstand the grueling of your sport's season —rather than building bulk. Our mission is to equip you with the resilience to push through the physical demands, minimize nagging injuries, and out hustle and outlast your opponents during competition. This 60 minute class will incorporate barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements all in a giant circuit. You will feel strong and empowered and get a cardio kick during the process as well! All levels welcome and modifications are always available. Every class will have a stretch to finish the class. If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.
