For ages 55+
Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones, all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment.
All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site.

Adrielle Bollin
Instructor
Adrielle Bollin is a NASM certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness thanks to the personal trainer who got her started over 9 years ago. Adrielle teaches Water Group Exercise, Mat Pilates and HIIT (high intensity interval training) at various locations. Her goal is to help her students feel energized, strong and empowered thru building muscle, and improving balance and flexibility.
Sherry Holt
Growing up locally, Sherry enjoys many outdoor activities - walking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and riding our UTV. When keeping indoors, she is a quilter, scrapbooker, baker and fills her time volunteering at church. Sherry has been a group fitness instructor since 2017 and am passionate about making fitness fun and challenging while being accessible to all levels. She looks forward to pushing you to your best self during our next workout together!
