While our main teacher is expanding her practice through advanced training in Bali, our trusted instructor, Laura Thorsen is holding space with intention—bringing steady guidance, thoughtful sequencing, and a welcoming energy to each class, beginning March 30-April 27.
Improve your flexibility, strengthen and stabilize your core abdominals and lower back. This class is designed to give you an overall sense of health and well being. Participants will learn breathing and relaxing techniques. For all levels. Bring water and a mat.
