Along the way, they will take part in Harry Potter–inspired challenges and create themed video games while waiting for their 3D prints to finish. Aqua Fitness - Age 55+AquaticsFor ages 55+ Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones, all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment. All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site. Drivers Ed. with Right Away Driving School-Partnered with CLCEDriver's EducationChisago Lakes Community Education and Right Away Driving School are partnering to provide Driver’s Education to the Chisago Lakes area.Classes will be held on the Chisago Lakes High School (CLHS) campus . Important Course Information: After registering, you will receive a Driver’s Ed confirmation email. Within that email, there will be a Google link to an Information Document from Right Away Driving School. This document must be completed in full before your child can attend class. If it is not completed, your child will not be able to participate. 30 Hours of Classroom Instruction: Students under 18 are required to complete 30 hours of in-class instruction before they may take the permit test. Once the 30 hours of classroom instruction are completed, Right Away Driving School will upload the student’s Blue Card directly to the DMV website, as Blue Cards are no longer issued in physical form. The Blue Card uploaded to the DMV serves as proof of course completion in order to take the permit test. After passing the permit test, students may drive with a licensed driver age 21 or older. Scheduling the Permit Test Option 1: At Right Away Driving School Note: At our other locations (Chisago), we only offer the permit test on the last day of an in-person class. This option is only available if we have an instructor available. Fencing is a vigorous sport that develops stamina, quick reactions, speed, accuracy of movement and excellent coordination. More than a game, fencing requires a mental attitude of self-discipline involving total manipulation of mind and body in perfect harmony. It utilizes natural body movement to create simple and effective self-protection techniques with the sword. All participants are encouraged to have fun no matter what their ability. Attacking, defense, timing and intense tactics are all integrated into this beginning class. If needed, we can provide fencing gear (mask, jacket, glove, and weapon).
