Friday Family Adventures (Ages 1–5)
Join us for a weekly, non-separating interactive class designed specifically for families with multiple young children. We offer four distinct 6-week sessions throughout the year, each focusing on a unique seasonal theme. To wrap up each session, families will participate in a fun community-based field trip. Each session is $50 per family and there will be a slight cost added for field trip days (more info to come!)
Session 1: Pumpkin Patch Pals, September 11- October 9
Our autumn-themed session features sensory play, fall crafts, and motor activities perfect for both your toddler and your baby. While the kids play safely, you will get the chance to connect with a parent educator and other local families to discuss the joys and challenges of raising multiple ages. Plus, join us for a special final week as we head out on a field trip to the pumpkin patch!
Session 2: Messy Masterpieces, October 23- December 4 (no class November 6 and November 27)
Unleash your child's inner artist in this creative process class. Our focus will be entirely on the joy of creating rather than on a perfect final product! Best part is, the cleanup is on us. Please dress your children (and yourself!) in clothes that can handle getting messy from paint and other art materials. We will end our six weeks together with an adorable, student-led art gallery show during our final class paired with a take home art project to do over the winter break.
Session 3: Bookworm Builders, January 8- February 26 (no class January 22 and February 5)
Watch your favorite storybooks leap off the page and into real life! This class bridges early literacy with hands-on activities. Our classroom will be transformed each week with different art projects, toys, and games related to each week's story. During our final week, we will head over for a field trip to the local library.
Session 4: Farmer Friends, April 23-May 21
Grab your boots and get ready for a springtime adventure! In this class, we'll explore the wonders of the changing season and learn about the daily life of a farmer. Families will dig into sensory bins, plant their own seeds, learn all about barnyard babies, and even pedal around on some tractors. We'll meet for a family-friendly field trip at Fawn Doe Rosa for our final week.
