2027 Chisago Lakes Area Expo

The Chisago Lakes Area Expo will be held at the Wildcat Community Center on Saturday, February 20th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday, February 21st from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Follow the steps to register for the show and add any additional options if applicable. Please note that steps 2, and 3 are optional. If you are not needing tables & chairs or electricity you do not need to enroll in steps 2 & 3. 

View all the details below before purchasing your booth:

• Pipe & Drape: Pipe and drape will not be provided, so please bring your own tents or backdrops for your setup.
• Tables & Chairs: Exhibitors bringing their own tables and chairs must ensure each leg is fitted with felt or rubber bottoms to protect the flooring.
• Electricity: If you registered for electricity, please bring your own 3-prong grounded extension cord. Power strips are strictly not allowed.
• Lunches: One complimentary box lunch is included per vendor registration. Additional lunches can be purchased for $12 each.
• Vendor Expectations: Vendors are expected to participate for the entire duration of the Expo. Arriving late or packing up early may impact your eligibility to participate in future events.
• Required Documentation: All participants must complete an ST19 form upon enrollment. Please email your completed form to spohlman@isd2144.org.

Pricing:

• Early Bird (Aug. 17, 2026-Jan. 4th, 2027 @ noon):  Booth Space 10 x 10 - $150 per booth space
• Jan. 2nd, 2027-Feb. 12th, 2027 @ noon):  Booth Space 10 x 10- $175 per booth space

Optional Add-ons:

• (optional) Step 2:Table Set (includes 2-4 x 2 tables and 2 chairs) - $25 (limited availability)
• (optional) Step
  • Table Set Add-On (Step 2.-Optional): $25 (includes 2-4 x 2 tables and 2 chairs; limited availability).
  • Electricity Add-On (Step 3.-Optional): $20/booth (limited availability)
  • Lunch Information: One box lunch is included per booth rental. Additional lunches can be purchased at registration (Step 4-Optional). The deadline for extra lunch orders is February 15th, 2027, at 12:00 PM (noon).

⚠️ Registration Deadline: Friday, February 12th, 2027, at 12:00 PM (noon). Please note that no refunds will be issued after January 22nd, 2027.
