Register for the grade completed for 2025-2026 school year.

The summer SPARQ Performance program is designed to build and progress athletic development through core and auxiliary movements. Even though bench, squat, and cleans are our core movements, our goal is to enhance an athlete's functional Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness. We want to create confident athletes. A confident athlete is a dangerous athlete. We will be using the TeamBuildr app. Athletes make sure you have this downloaded on your phones. This is how we will be taking attendance and sending out workouts.

Sessions will run from June 8th-August 3rd.  

*NEW* BIG CAT COMPETITION: (High School Athletes only, 9-12) On August 3rd we will be combining sessions A & B into one that will run from 6:30-9:30. This will be our last test out for the summer.
