Tess's version of the incredible Butter Chicken—rich, warmly spiced, and melt-in-your-mouth tender thanks to the
magic of the Instant Pot® (or any other electric multi-cooker). You will also create soft, pillowy homemade naan
to go with it. This class is perfect for learning how to create a quick, nutritious, economical summer meal while
building your culinary confidence and repertoire. Handy Instant Pot® tips and tricks for use and care will also be
shared! Come join the fun!
Equipment Needs: Instant Pot® or any other electric multi-cooker. Stand mixer with dough hook attachment is
recommended for the naan. If a stand mixer is not available, dough can be made by hand. More info will be
provided in the ingredient list packet.
