Regular assessments ensure athletes train at appropriate levels while maintaining motivation and competitive success. Xcel Bronze Division - Gymnasts develop skills across all events, including squat-on vaults, casts and back hip circles on bars, basic jumps and turns on beam, and beginner tumbling and dance routines on floor. Training emphasizes proper technique, strength, coordination, confidence, and progression toward more advanced skills. Bronze is the entry level of competitive gymnastics, with athletes typically training 3–5 hours per week over 2–3 sessions. This level focuses on building strong foundational skills, confidence, and competition readiness while keeping gymnastics fun and engaging.
