    Recreation & Sports

    This class is for the gymnast that is relatively new to the sport. The emphasis will be on tumbling, building strength, and developing balance on the beam. Learn basics of uneven bars. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only) and hair tied back.

    Recreation & Sports

    Focus on improving form, building strength and working on more advanced skills like walkovers, round-offs and back handsprings. Bar and high beam work will be included in this class. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only) and hair tied back.

    Gymnastics: Advanced
    Recreation & Sports

    Focus on improving form, strength and conditioning, and working on more advanced skills like walkovers, aerials, and back handsprings. Athletes will be learning advanced skills on floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam and vault. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only) and hair tied back.
