The End of People PleasingHealth, Fitness & WellnessA 2-Hour Workshop for Women Ready to Stop Over-Explaining, Over-Giving, and Overriding Themselves So many capable, thoughtful women don’t struggle because they aren’t strong enough. They struggle because they are constantly managing everyone else. Managing moods.Managing expectations.Managing how they are perceived. People-pleasing often looks responsible. Kind. Considerate. But over time, it quietly erodes self-trust, drains energy, and builds resentment. This two-hour workshop is designed to help you understand why people-pleasing forms, how it shows up in your daily life, and what it takes to begin releasing it without becoming hard or disconnected. We will explore: The difference between kindness and self-abandonment. Why over-explaining and approval-seeking feel so automatic. How to tolerate discomfort when others are disappointed. Practical ways to say no without guilt. How to rebuild identity outside of being the “good one”. You will leave with simple, realistic tools to begin making decisions from self-respect rather than fear of reaction. This class is not about becoming less caring. It is about learning to care for yourself at the same time. If you are ready to stop managing everyone else’s emotional experience and start staying with yourself, this workshop will meet you there.Summer 26 -
