Aqua Fitness - Age 55+

For ages 55+

Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones—all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment.

All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site.

Important Note for Fitness Benefit Members: To use your insurance benefit for this class, you will just need to register as a Wildcat Community Center Member so you can scan in before each session. This membership is entirely free under your benefit and only takes a few moments to set up! Please stop by the Community Education office PRIOR to your first class so we can get you all set up.
