This is a small group course focused on empowering teen girls to shine as their true self. We will do various self reflection, journaling, and group activities aimed to build self esteem and confidence. There will be some spiritual aspects incorporated as well. The goal for this group would be for these young women to leave with some helpful tools to use as they step into the next stages of life, the ability to feel comfortable in their own skin, and new bonds and friendships.
