  • Submerging & breath holding, 8 seconds
  • Rhythmic bobbing, 8 times
  • Independent front float
  • Independent back float
  • Beginner stroke w/float belt, 10ft
  • Back swimming w/float belt, 10ft
  • Jump unassisted into water
  • Safety skills
