Get the best of both worlds with Sculpt and Flow! This unique class alternates Mat Pilates one week with a full-body bodyweight strength workout the next. One week, you'll focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, and enhancing your mind-body connection with Mat Pilates. The following week, get ready to challenge yourself with a moderately intense circuit designed to build muscle and sculpt your entire body using just your own weight!
All you need is a mat and comfortable clothes you can move freely (and sweat!) in. Whether you're a beginner or have an intermediate fitness level, you're welcome to join us and strengthen and sculpt your body.
If you are dropping in to the class, you must register prior to class starting.
