Women on Weights

Ladies, come and join Joshua Von Feldt for this exciting Wednesday night class! Whether you currently utilize strength training or not, this class is for you. This 60 minute class will incorporate barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements all in a giant circuit. You will feel strong and empowered and get a cardio kick during the process as well! All levels welcome and modifications are always available. Every class will have a stretch to finish the class.
