Yoga
While our main teacher is expanding her practice through advanced training in Bali, our trusted instructor, Laura Thorsen is holding space with intention—bringing steady guidance, thoughtful sequencing, and a welcoming energy to each class, beginning March 30-April 27. Join us for 6 diverse sessions that will recharge your mind and body. We will alternate between mindful art (sacred geometry and mandala drawing), and healthy recipes. We will incorporate some Yoga, Mediation and Pilates for an overall full body workout. For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Mature Driving
This course has been approved by the State Department of Public Safety. The course content will include physical and mental limitations, driving strategies, defensive driving and safety. This means that a first-time participant can take a 4-hour program as their initial training – the 8-hour will no longer be a requirement. You will receive a certificate of completion. Check with your insurance agent for reduced rate information. -
