Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of this amazing group of people! By joining CLP, you'll be supporting the growing sport of pickleball in our community and meeting players of all levels. You'll have use of pickleballs and beginner paddles, first aid supplies and many opportunities to play pickleball with people of all ages and abilities through our GroupMe App and Facebook page. Full Body Balance & Flexibility - Age 55+
For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Dim Sum Dumpling Dynasty: Pot Stickers with Homemade Wrappers, Filling & Dipping Sauce

Dim Sum is a joyful Chinese dining tradition of sharing a variety of small flavorful bites, laughter, and connection with family and friends. One of the most beloved Dim Sum Dishes is Pot Stickers! Join Tess for one of her most popular classes as she guides you through the step-by-step process of creating the most wonderful restaurant worthy pot stickers with homemade wrappers that will take you to culinary heights you never knew you could reach. You will learn the magic of building a full-flavored filling (choose base of pork or chicken), roll out tender homemade wrappers, assemble and cook the pot stickers to perfection with a crispy bottom and tender juicy filling. A bright flavorful sauce will complete the experience. Freezing tips will also be shared. The experience will possibly make store bought pot stickers a thing of the past! -

Landscaping near and around septic systems is a concern of many homeowners. Whether you already have an existing septic system or will be installing a new one to your residence, there are many aesthetic options. Participants will learn some tips and techniques that not only will help the looks of the system; they will also help the functioning of the system. Participants will receive an informational folder full of great publications, a native plant book, and several door prizes will be given away from local plant specialists. -
Acupressure to Relieve Migraines, Headaches, Nausea & Vertigo
Acupressure is a healing technique that works with how energy flows through your body. Just as you have blood that flows through vessels, you have energy that flows through pathways called meridians. Acupressure involves pressing or massaging key points on the body to stimulate energy flow which can offer great relief with no side effects. We will focus on the points that relieve and prevent migraines and headaches as well as nausea and vertigo. -
Mature Driving
This course has been approved by the State Department of Public Safety. The course content will include physical and mental limitations, driving strategies, defensive driving and safety. This means that a first-time participant can take a 4-hour program as their initial training – the 8-hour will no longer be a requirement. You will receive a certificate of completion. Check with your insurance agent for reduced rate information. -
Resin Night Lights
Working with resin is fun and you will have a wide range of supplies to create your very own night light. Hardware for the night light, including the light bulb is included in the class fee. -
North Indian Cooking
North Indian food has bold and rich flavors from ghee, cream, and spices. Let’s learn how to layer flavors using different spices. We will make butter chicken (chicken Makhani), flavored rice, and flavored yogurt (raita). -
