    Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of this amazing group of people! By joining CLP, you'll be supporting the growing sport of pickleball in our community and meeting players of all levels. You'll have use of pickleballs and beginner paddles, first aid supplies and many opportunities to play pickleball with people of all ages and abilities through our GroupMe App and Facebook page. CLP will help to improve amenities at our courts, offer leagues, classes, tournaments etc. We'll also have an end of the summer picnic where you can socialize outside of pickleball, too. This workout is a 45 minute fast paced circuit that incorporates basic strength training exercises combined with bodyweight movements & an aerobic/cardio component.   • Full Body Balance & Flexibility - Age 55+

    For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Our SilverSneakers-certified trainers are professional, supportive, and ensure participants are safe while working at their own ability levels— all while HAVING A GOOD TIME! All movements can be performed either seated or standing, and all equipment is provided. Please wear safe, comfortable shoes (no flip-flops!) and come prepared to have a great time.   • Hand-Pulled Noodles from Scratch

    Hand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this online interactive class, you will learn 2 different techniques to pull noodles. We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce. We’ll turn Lamian noodles into miso noodle soup.
  • Mature Driving

    This course has been approved by the State Department of Public Safety. The course content will include physical and mental limitations, driving strategies, defensive driving and safety. This means that a first-time participant can take a 4-hour program as their initial training – the 8-hour will no longer be a requirement. You will receive a certificate of completion. Check with your insurance agent for reduced rate information.
