Aqua Fitness - Age 55+AquaticsFor ages 55+ Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones, all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment. All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site.
