Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Instructor
Mollie has been a Zumba instructor for over 11 years and currently teaches Zumba, Aqua Zumba and Zumba Toning. She grew up in Chisago City, graduated from Chisago Lakes High School and currently resides in Wyoming, MN with her husband, 2 sons, 3 dogs and a cat. She is extremely passionate about everything Zumba and it definitely shows in her classes! She'll bring high energy fun that will make you forget you're even working out!
